In 2017 we began Junior Development sessions for school/college-aged athletes. These are in school holidays. They’ve proved very successful and have resulted in more junior members for the Squad and successes in the NSRA Junior International, the 50m Inter-Regional Rifle Match, at Bisley, and the Inter-Regional 10m Airgun match at Wolverhampton.
Junior members from this programme have also gone on to win medals at British Shooting’s Schools Pistol Championships, individual competitions, and have traveled to shoot in other European countries.
The Junior sessions are normally held at the NSRA’s West Mids Regional Shooting Centre (NSRA Aldersley), Wolverhampton.
